Our HRBP Development Methodology
We have taken the findings from the Success Profile research and developed our programme of HRBP development to address these needs. Below highlights some of the ways in which we bring those success criteria to our development programmes.

The research tells us that we have to focus on three areas;

For each area we base our modules on the following approach;
  • Their content is research driven
  • They provide an holistic model to development, delivered by experienced HR professionals
  • They use experiential learning, with HRBPs using their own 'live' issues
  • Like the overall model, each module looks at; the HRBP's view, the organisational context and the HR client's view

We offer two different levels of programme from which individual modules can be customised as learning needs dictate. The programmes can be tailored to support HRBPs who work with a range of managers, from executive directors with a global remit, to smaller business unit leadership teams.

Transition - for those who are new to the HRBP role, or more senior HR professionals who are tackling new ways of working for the first time.
Experienced - for those who are being successful in a current HRBP role, but wish to refine their skills or develop to prepare for more complex challenges.
