HR WITH GUTS 06/2007

Welcome to the latest issue of HR with Guts, the newsletter dedicated to helping HR people be more successful and to delivering a function that adds recognisable value. In this issue we're looking at what type of skills - creative or analytical - will make the biggest difference to business success in the future, and what that means for HR. And, wisely or not, we'll be dipping our toe into the great name debate, too.

We're always keen to get your input. But this month we're particularly keen to hear what you have to say in our new HR with Guts Forum. It's on the website and it's really easy to use. We're looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the hot HR topics out there at the moment.

HR with Guts is launching a new web problem page, “Gutsy Issues”.  If you have any strategy or client management questions that you’re dying to have answered, then email us at contact@hrwithguts.com and you might just see your query answered. The best question of the month will also win a pack of HR With Guts cards.

We're also keen to extend our network to as many HR people as we can. So please pass on HR with Guts to your team and colleagues - they can sign up to receive HR with Guts simply by clicking here.  The more feedback we get, and the bigger the network, the more we can help HR make a valuable contribution to businesses.

    One that has Guts!
